We are an e-commerce company building long-term partnerships. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and our portfolio now includes 20+ accounts. Your mission is to help them grow with us: strengthen long-term relationships, identify new growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell, and act as a true business partner.
You will join our Account Management team, which currently consists of 3 Account Managers and 1 Team Lead. This is a team that knows its clients well and needs a strong player to take things to the next level.
