We are seeking an experienced PHP Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to building robust e-commerce solutions. If you are passionate about modern e-commerce technologies and have experience with Magento, this role is for you!
Location:
This role is remote-friendly; however, a regular presence in the Czech Republic is required (once per month)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend functionalities for the e-commerce platform
- Implement new features within the Magento 2 environment
- Collaborate with an international team to deliver scalable e-commerce solutions
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automation
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Magento 2 (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and backend development best practices
- Proficiency in English for daily communication and documentation
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup
- Availability for regular travel to the Czech Republic (once per month)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Experience with Xdebug and PHPStorm
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Understanding of Scrum methodology
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Golang and microservices
