Elogic Commerce is looking for a self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong business intelligence and advanced project management mindset. An ideal candidate would have a proven experience of eCommerce project management, Magento 2 experience would be a huge plus.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in managing software projects team (4-10 people at least)
- eCommerce projects management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Risk assessment and construction of implementation road maps
- Mastery of Agile methodology
- Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other)
- Mastery of task planning and control tools (Atlassian, ActiveCollab, other)
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English
Responsibilities:
- Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing)
- Communicating with the external and internal stakeholders
- Applying Agile methodology and following the best practices
- Management of changes during the implementation is the must have skill
- Management of risks and interdependencies during the implementation
- Ensuring full transparency of the implementation of the projects for all participants and interested parties
- Preparation and facilitation of management decisions related to the implementation of projects based on the formed alternatives
- Support and implement corporate culture aimed at transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation and achieving business results
