Middle Project Manager (eCommerce projects management experience)

Elogic Commerce is looking for a self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong business intelligence and advanced project management mindset. An ideal candidate would have a proven experience of eCommerce project management, Magento 2 experience would be a huge plus.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in managing software projects team (4-10 people at least)
  • eCommerce projects management experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Risk assessment and construction of implementation road maps
  • Mastery of Agile methodology
  • Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other)
  • Mastery of task planning and control tools (Atlassian, ActiveCollab, other)
  • Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English

Responsibilities:

  • Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing)
  • Communicating with the external and internal stakeholders
  • Applying Agile methodology and following the best practices
  • Management of changes during the implementation is the must have skill
  • Management of risks and interdependencies during the implementation
  • Ensuring full transparency of the implementation of the projects for all participants and interested parties
  • Preparation and facilitation of management decisions related to the implementation of projects based on the formed alternatives
  • Support and implement corporate culture aimed at transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation and achieving business results
