For the strengthening of the Sweden Unit, we are looking for a:

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a hard-working and motivated business developer to join our growing team. The individual in this role will assist company growth through new opportunities acquisition. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Develop new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Qualifications

  • Track record of achieving your Lead generation quotas;
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative in a fast-growing software company;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
  • Previous experience in B2B/B2C eCommerce;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience with CRM and Social software (SalesForce, LinkedIn, Discover.org.)
  • Autonomous, well organized, eager to learn & proactive with a strong interest in Sales & eCommerce Marketing.
  • Network within retail/e-commerce sector

You are professional, organized and motivated as well as having the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar role – E-commerce agency/Retail consultancy or e-commerce platform sales department would be a plus. We believe you are self-motivated and have the ability to take setbacks, learn, adapt and go again. You’ll be a great addition to the Elogic Commerce Business development team if:

  • You have great organization – and time management skills
  • You have excellent negotiating and people skills.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • You are a team player who contributes to Elogic Commerce positive working atmosphere and has a genuine passion for sales and a Get it done mentality.
