To bring the same efficiency to its digital operations, the company partnered with Elogic Commerce to build a scalable B2B self-service portal on Adobe Commerce Enterprise, aligning regional workflows and integrating with SAP and PIM systems.

The first task was rethinking the ordering flow. Standard ecommerce checkouts weren’t designed for the bulk orders Armacell processes daily.
We built a tailored experience that mirrored ERP logic, introducing steps for total amount validation and order confirmation before fulfillment. This gave internal teams assurance of accuracy and gave customers a smooth, predictable way to manage large orders.
With warehouses spread across regions, fulfillment required more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
We enabled multiple and partial shipments, backed by real-time stock visibility across inventory locations. This meant orders could be split, tracked, and delivered without delays, no matter how complicated the logistics.
Armacell’s catalog was anything but simple. Products came with engineering-specific attributes, grouped assemblies, and highly configurable options.
We created advanced product detail pages and mapped attributes directly from the PIM, ensuring engineers and procurement teams could configure products precisely while avoiding errors.
Behind the portal, SAP 4Hana and the custom PIM had to stay in perfect sync. We integrated customer data, custom entities like “Building Projects,” order creation, approval workflows, and real-time updates on fulfillment, pricing, and inventory.
The PIM handled product content and attribute sync, creating a single source of truth across regions.
Finally, we wrapped everything in a responsive design aligned with Armacell’s brand. The UX was optimized for B2B ease-of-use, with engineering and procurement teams in mind, so functionality and clarity always came before visual excess.
The first deployments in Singapore and Thailand marked a decisive step toward Armacell’s digital transformation. Each launch brought functional improvements that streamlined operations and set the foundation for global scalability.
