We chose Flutter to keep development lean and efficient. A single codebase meant Pharmaciaty could launch on iOS and Android simultaneously, reducing time-to-market by around 40% while making future updates easier to manage.
Saudi users expect interfaces in both Arabic and English. We built a bilingual UI that adapts seamlessly, ensuring the app feels native to every customer.
From one-tap registration with phone number verification to profile management, wishlists, and reordering options, we designed account features that make shopping intuitive and repeat purchases effortless.
We created a curated homepage with dynamic categories, brand highlights, and personalized offers. Prescription upload and verification were integrated directly into the flow, while filters, smart search, and clear product pages made browsing fast and frustration-free.
Local preferences guided every decision. We integrated Amazon Payment Services, card payments, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery. Shipping options included free delivery above a threshold and tailored methods for prescription and non-prescription items.
We streamlined the experience beyond checkout with in-app order tracking, invoice downloads, a return flow, and quick reordering from history.
