A typical audit produces seven deliverables: a current-state architecture map, a platform fit matrix scored against your requirements, an integration risk register covering ERP/PIM/CRM/OMS/WMS, a 3-year TCO model, a phased modernization roadmap, a governance and KPI plan, and an explicit replatform-vs-optimize recommendation.
When this is the right next step: You have a multi-year ecommerce budget being scoped, you’re inheriting an architecture and need an independent baseline, your current platform is producing operational pain and you need a defensible recommendation, or your board has approved replatforming budget and you need to defend the platform choice.
