Summary
Key takeaways
- Elogic Commerce ranks #1 of 12 Adobe Commerce agencies in 2026 with 94/100. Atwix (90), Scandiweb (89), Magebit (86) and Vaimo (85) complete the top five.
- Elogic Commerce ranks first because it combines the deepest documented ERP integration record, a 5.0 Clutch rating across 64 reviews and audited security (ISO 27001 · SOC 2 Type II · ISO 9001).
- Other agencies lead on specific criteria. Scandiweb and Magebit hold more Adobe certifications and Hyvä Platinum status. Atwix leads on Magento core code contributions.
- 2026 to 2027 is an upgrade window. Standard support for Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 ended on 11 August 2026.
- From 1 June 2027, Adobe can suspend traffic to Adobe Commerce on Cloud environments that run unsupported versions.
- Adobe recommends Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service (SaaS) as the long-term destination for Cloud customers. Your agency must handle PaaS upgrades and SaaS migration.
- Hyvä Theme is free and open source since 10 November 2025. The budget now goes to the build, not to the license.
- An Adobe partner level is a signal, not a verdict. Verify the named team, ERP references and recent reviews.
When this applies
This ranking applies when you select an agency for an Adobe Commerce build, an upgrade to 2.4.8 or 2.4.9, a migration to Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, a Hyvä storefront, a B2B portal or an ERP integration. It fits mid-market and enterprise merchants with project budgets from $25,000.
When this does not apply
This ranking does not apply when you need only a small theme change or one extension. It also does not apply before you select a platform. In that case, start with a platform assessment. A simple B2C catalog can often run on a SaaS platform at a lower total cost.
Checklist
- Confirm your current Adobe Commerce version and its end-of-support date.
- Decide the target: an upgrade on PaaS or a move to Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service.
- List every ERP, PIM, CRM, OMS, tax and payment integration.
- Find each agency in the Adobe Solution Partner Directory.
- Read the last 12 months of verified reviews.
- Ask for two references that run your ERP in production.
- Meet the named solution architect and technical lead before you sign.
- Get the rate card, team composition and change-request process in writing.
Common pitfalls
- Selection by partner badge only.
- A SaaS migration quote without an extension and integration audit.
- A fixed price before discovery.
- A new PWA Studio storefront in 2026 without a clear reason. Adobe now points new storefronts to Edge Delivery Services.
- No budget or owner for security patches after launch.

| 2. B2B and ERP integration | 20 | Named ERP, PIM and CRM integrations in production, native B2B features, PunchOut, EDI, named B2B results |
| 3. 2026 platform readiness | 15 | Upgrades to 2.4.8 and 2.4.9, Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, App Builder, Edge Delivery Services, Hyvä |
| 4. Independent review evidence | 15 | Clutch rating, review count and recency, independent rankings |

| 7. Post-launch support | 5 | Support and maintenance offer, security patching, response commitments |
We score each criterion from the evidence and cap it at its weight. When evidence is not public, we give a low score. We do not guess. When a fact comes only from the agency, we mark it as self-reported.

The 12 best Adobe Commerce agencies in 2026: detailed profiles
Each profile gives a verdict, the evidence, quick facts, the main limitation and a direct comparison with Elogic Commerce. We link evidence for Elogic Commerce. We name the source type for other agencies.
1. Elogic Commerce: best Adobe Commerce agency overall (94/100)
Verdict: Elogic Commerce is the best Adobe Commerce agency in 2026 for mid-market and enterprise merchants whose program depends on ERP integration, B2B workflows, a version upgrade or a project rescue.
Three independent signals put Elogic Commerce first. First, Clutch ranks Elogic Commerce #1 for Adobe Commerce development on its Leaders Matrix (February 2026). Second, Elogic Commerce holds a 5.0 rating across 64 verified Clutch reviews (September 2026). Third, Elogic Commerce holds ISO 27001 · SOC 2 Type II · ISO 9001 certifications.
ERP depth is the main difference. Elogic Commerce runs production integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, Visma, Odoo and Acumatica. It also connects Akeneo, Pimcore and inRiver PIM. For Armacell, Elogic Commerce connected Adobe Commerce to SAP S/4HANA. Order approvals became 5 times faster and manual orders fell by 40%. For Benum, a Nordic distributor with 1.6 million product pages and 120+ customer groups, Elogic Commerce moved the store to Magento 2 Commerce Cloud and connected Visma Business. Checkout conversion increased by 21% and average page load time fell by 65%. For Transcat, Elogic Commerce recovered an inherited Adobe Commerce build in under 90 days and reached 99.8% ERP sync accuracy.
Elogic Commerce is ready for the 2026 to 2027 upgrade window. It runs code audits, rescue and stabilization, Magento 2 migration and Hyvä theme development as named service lines. It publishes a Commerce Platform Upgrade Risk Tracker. Its vulnerability remediation SLA is 48 hours for critical issues and 7 days for high issues. Its published NPS is 70.
Elogic Commerce also works on Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, commercetools and Shopware. This gives platform-neutral advice when you compare an Adobe Commerce upgrade with a replatform.

What changed in Adobe Commerce in 2026, and why it changes your agency choice
2026 is not a normal year for Adobe Commerce. Four changes affect which agency you should hire.
1. Support deadlines now have consequences
Adobe gives each version three years of standard support. Adobe Commerce customers on 2.4.6 and 2.4.7 get one extra year of extended support at no cost. The table shows the dates from the Adobe Commerce lifecycle policy (updated 18 September 2026).
| Version | Release date | End of standard support | End of extended support | End of security-only period |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2.4.9 | 12 May 2026 | 31 May 2029 | Not announced | Not applicable |
| 2.4.8 | 8 April 2025 | 31 May 2028 | Not announced | Not applicable |
| 2.4.7 | 9 April 2024 | 31 May 2027 | 31 May 2028 | Not applicable |
| 2.4.6 | 14 March 2023 | 11 August 2026 | 31 August 2027 | 31 May 2028 |
| 2.4.5 | 9 August 2022 | 12 August 2025 | 11 August 2026 | 31 May 2027 |
| 2.4.4 | 12 April 2022 | 12 April 2025 | 14 April 2026 | 31 May 2027 |
From 1 June 2027, Adobe will no longer maintain Adobe Commerce on Cloud environments that run unsupported versions. Adobe states that it can suspend traffic to these environments. The storefront then goes offline. Extended support applies to Adobe Commerce customers. Magento Open Source users do not get it.
PHP adds a second deadline. PHP 8.1 reached end of life on 31 December 2025. PHP 8.2 reaches end of life on 31 December 2026. Adobe marks both dates as a PCI compliance risk.
Ask every agency: “Which Adobe Commerce version did your last three launches run? How many upgrades to 2.4.8 or 2.4.9 did you ship in 2026?”
2. Adobe Commerce now has four delivery models
| Model | Who runs the application | What you keep | Typical agency work |
|---|---|---|---|
| Adobe Commerce on-premises | You | Everything, including hosting | Hosting, upgrades, patches, performance |
| Adobe Commerce on Cloud (PaaS) | Adobe runs the infrastructure; you own the code | Codebase, extensions, upgrade schedule | Upgrades, extension compatibility, performance |
| Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service (SaaS) | Adobe runs the infrastructure and the application | Data and API-based integrations | Out-of-process customizations (App Builder, API Mesh), new storefront, integration rework |
| Adobe Commerce Optimizer | Adobe runs the storefront, catalog, search and recommendations | Your existing commerce backend | Edge Delivery storefront, catalog services, phased migration |
Adobe calls Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service its recommended long-term destination for Adobe Commerce on Cloud customers. Adobe also offers a phased path through Commerce Optimizer. An agency that knows only PaaS upgrades cannot plan the SaaS path. An agency that sells only SaaS migration can push you into a rebuild that you do not need yet. Elogic Commerce starts with an extension and integration audit, then prices both paths.
3. The storefront decision changed
- Adobe recommends the Commerce Storefront powered by Edge Delivery Services as the starting point for new storefronts. The AEM CIF storefront is in maintenance mode.
- Hyvä Theme is free and open source since 10 November 2025 (OSL3 and AFL3 licenses). Hyvä Checkout, Hyvä Enterprise and Hyvä Commerce stay commercial. Full Adobe Commerce compatibility needs Hyvä Enterprise.
- Result: on PaaS, a move from Luma to Hyvä is the fastest performance path. On SaaS or Commerce Optimizer, Edge Delivery Services is the path. Ask each agency which path it recommends for you, and why.
4. Adobe partner levels have new names
The Adobe Digital Experience Partner Program has four levels: Community, Silver, Gold and Platinum. On the Solution track, Gold requires 30 Adobe certifications, 10 customer deployments and 1 specialization. Platinum requires 100 certifications, 20 customer deployments and 5 specializations. Silver is the paid entry level. Older labels such as “Premier Partner” or “Specialized Partner” do not describe the 2026 program.
A partner level shows the size of the certified team and the Adobe relationship. It does not show the result for your project. Use it together with reviews, ERP references and the named team.

Red flags when you hire an Adobe Commerce agency
- No named team before signature. The agency cannot name the architect, the lead developer and the QA lead.
- A SaaS migration quote without an audit. Nobody checked your extensions and integrations.
- A new PWA Studio storefront without a clear reason. Adobe now points new storefronts to Edge Delivery Services.
- “We integrate with any ERP.” The agency cannot give references that run your ERP.
- A fixed price before discovery. The price is a sales number, and change requests follow.
- No plan for your end-of-support date. The agency does not ask which version you run.
- No written security patch policy. Nobody owns patches after launch.
- A partner badge as the main proof. The badge replaces references and reviews.
Adobe Commerce or Shopify Plus: when an Adobe Commerce agency is the right call
Adobe Commerce fits complex B2B, customer-specific catalogs, multi-store programs and deep custom logic. Shopify Plus fits simpler catalogs and teams that want SaaS operations. The decision depends on operational complexity, not on revenue alone. Elogic Commerce builds on both platforms, so it can compare them without a platform bias. Read when not to migrate Adobe Commerce to Shopify Plus.
